Warranty Terms & Conditions

Mattress Series – Depends on the mattress model
Fitness Series – 1 year structural maintenance

General Remarks

  • Not applied to bed frame series.
  • Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
  • Free service would be provided in the first year and service charge would be charged from the second year.
  • Inspection and repair are being provided during the warranty period. Damage caused by misuse or not following the usage instructions would not be included in warranty services.
  • Service is not applicable to outlying islands. Extra HK$100 transportation cost is charged for Ma Wan and Tung Chung while HK$300 is charged for Discovery Bay.
  • Please present the purchase invoice and delivery note to our technicians upon each service, otherwise this warranty will be invalid.
    Parts replacement service is not available.
  • A 2cm size difference is considered normal for mattresses and would not be included in warranty services.
  • Warranty only covers mattresses do not rebound to original state more than 1.5″or above.

Refund / Exchange Terms and Conditions

  • No refund or exchange for all products (including regular size and custom-made items) once delivered
  • No refund or exchange for all custom-made items once the order is confirmed.
  • Amendment of regular size product shall be made via customer service hotline or email within 24 hours. Amendment required made after this period, $500 administration fee will be charged for each transaction.
  • No exchange for all unpacked products or packing being damaged.
  • A 2cm size difference is considered normal for mattresses, no exchange or refund will be made within this aforesaid standard.

DELIVERY

  • Re-schedule of delivery time shall be made 2 days before the agreed delivery date via customer service hotline or email, otherwise an extra $200 will be charged for re-delivery arrangement. The new delivery date will be arranged on at least 3 days after the request is made.
  • To ensure the products are in good quality, all re-delivery arrangement of compressed mattress should be made within 3 to 7 days after the request is made. The order will be voided and the paid amount will be forfeited after this period.
  • The order will be voided and the paid amount will be forfeited if no one accepts the delivery 3 months after the date of purchase.
  • If the delivery cannot be made at the agreed delivery address on the delivery date and time slot for any reasons, an extra $500 will be charged for re-delivery arrangement. The new delivery date will be at least 3 days after the request is made.
  • Standard size items will be arranged for delivery within 7 days from the date of purchase. For custom-made items, the delivery date will be up to 14 days. The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, when typhoon signal No.8 is hosted or black rainstorm warning is in effect. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged.
  • Mattress, large furniture and fitness products will be eligible for free delivery.
  • Delivery service is not available for outlying islands. An additional $100 will be charged for delivery to Ma Wan and Tung Chung and $300 for delivery to DiscoveryBay.
  • Customers are required to pay an extra fee for any delivery made to building without a lift service, or when the items to be delivered cannot be fitted in or be transported by the lift; every seven steps are counted as one floor, each floor charged as below: $50 for shoe cabinet, fitness series and mattress under 60″; $80 for mattress above 60″; $100 for bed frame, bed cabinet and furnitures.
  • Delivery service is applicable only when purchase $800 or above. No delivery fee will be charged.

**All dates mentioned above are working days, weekends and public holidays are excluded.

**SPA SUPREME reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. The Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
